The new TimeCutter^® HD zero turn mowers do more than cut grass to perfection. Two models with different size cutting decks are available, a 48 inch (121.9 cm) and a 54 inch (137.2 cm) with MyRIDE™ Suspension System model.

When you’re bouncing around on rough terrain, speed won’t do you any good without superior comfort to match. The smooth MyRIDE Suspension System features a suspended operator platform that cushions you from bumps and vibrations, so you can be more productive and stay comfortable.
It offers best-in-class comfort and helps isolate the operator from the frame and provides up to over 7 cm of travel — twice as much as a typical suspension seat. The system uses three coil over shock absorbers, like an ATV, to reduce the effects of bumps and jolts and allows you to select the comfort setting that suits your specific needs.

“Comfort can be a big problem for zero turn mowers because of how fast they are driven while cutting,” said Brian Goodridge, Toro’s Equipment Product Manager. “Most customers don’t realise it until after they have mowed at 11 km/hour for a few hours. With the MyRIDE system customers finally have a mower that will keep them comfortable when mowing fast, while also giving them Toro’s professional quality of cut.”

Other features on both TimeCutter HD models that focus on operator comfort include a thick, deluxe, extra-tall seat, a rubber floor mat to help reduce vibrations, and a deck step for easy access to the operator station. The new TimeCutter HD line also features secondary suspension of more than 12 cm thanks to the rubber cushion provided by the high-performance rear tyres.

The heavy-duty front end of the mower features a 6.3 cm x 6.3 cm full tubular front axle for superior strength and heavy-duty front caster forks, all attached to a thick 10-gauge steel frame. Moving down, the deck is made from special Grade 50 high-strength 10-gauge steel that is nearly 50% stronger than regular 11-gauge steel decks. And finally, the mower is powered by a Toro V-Twin engine that is protected by a heavy-duty engine guard.

A number of other features on offer focus on versatility and utility including a built-in bucket holder for easy transport of tools and materials, the Smart Speed^® control system, and a standard tow hitch for safe and efficient towing of attachments. A 12v accessory port and cup and cargo holders are also included for added convenience.
